The Hygie Classic^® commode chair is designed for infection prevention and

control. Also, its design has been optimized to make it easy to clean.

• Made of steel, the frame of the commode is protected by the ‘‘e-coat’’ process, a finishing process which protects the frame against corrosion. The paint is applied to the metal by electrodeposition process and is then baked. The finish is smooth and very resistant.

• All steel metal frame components are soldered. The hardware is made of stainless steel or is specially treated.

• The Hygie commode does not contain any loose parts, which eliminates the possibility of lost pieces or search for missing parts.

• Different height adjustments.

• Metal backrest has a smooth surface which is easy to clean and disinfect.

• Drop armrests. The arms are lowered by pivoting on the axis of the chair, completely freeing the seat surface to facilitate transfers.
